The Sub-genre and Inspiration by Other fFilms

The sub-genre is Psychological.

*The style of my film trailer is inspired by the existing films such as ‘Orphan’ and ‘The Sixth Sense’. This is because both of the films show children as the main characters, and so in my film trailer a small child is the killer.

*My film trailer taken ideas from the film ‘Orphan’. This is because the main character ‘Esther’ (a 9 year old girl) is portrayed as the killer. She is also represented in the beginning of the film as a sweet, kind girl who is very mature for her age. These characteristics, I will also be using to portray the killer in my film trailer.
